You might want to adjust a thing or two. I solved it using only portals (no need for gel, or flip panel or moving platform) After getting rid of the turret, get to that location via portal. Place a (orange) portal on the floor where the turret was, and another one (blue) in the corridor that leads to the big white room. Go through portal, and jump down in big room, placing (blue) portal on the floor, where you are falling, you will emerge through the floor,( where the turret was), then quickly place a (blue) portal on the wall (upper left of glass window) and after falling back through the floor, you will land in front of the exit. cheers
