Sandbox Mode

A sandbox practice mode. Based on hero demo mode but with additional options.

Features:
Free spells, cooldowns/health/mana refresh, level up, max level up, change hero (go back to hero selection screen), create any additional heroes as allies or enemies with the ability to level up and buy items for them, infinite wards, kill wards, regrow trees, teleport selected units, unit invulnerability, fog of war on/off, damage numbers displayed above hero, attack speed and DPS stats, blink dagger range

Playing in a custom lobby with cheats enabled allows these additional options:
- Set neutral spawn interval to 60/30/10 seconds
- Change game speed
- Spawn neutrals
- And more. Almost every lobby cheat can be done through the menu without having to type a command.

Also includes all features from my neutral camp spawn boxes custom game:
- Box outlines change from green to red if a hero or ward is blocking the camp.

- Infinite and killable observer and sentry wards for easy camp blocking and dewarding practice.

- Tower vision and attack ranges, ward vision ranges, and hero XP range.
