Oblivion Artifacts - Boots of the Eel

Description
This mod adds the artifact The Boots of the Eel from Oblivion to Skyrim. The Boots can be found in Shivering Hills Cave. The Boots have a 10 % shock resitence. In Oblivion, They could be stolen from Lelles' Quality Merchendise.
