Hello again! I have found a bit more promising solution. If you first unsubscribe, then navigate to this directory: Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\431960 (431960 is the Steam id for wallpaper engine) and delete the folder called 1908552562 (this is the workshop id for this wallpaper) and then subscribe again. You might have to completely exit wallpaper engine before you delete the folder. Hope this works!

Hello Shana! Have you tried to unsubscribe and subscribe again? This might add the missing files. I am not getting this issue on my end so i am not 100% sure what the issue stems from. Hope this helps!
