Pending 2: The map needs a few changes to be official;
Pending 3: The map needs a lot of changes to be official;

General Issues:

Very Early Offset - Please move all arcs after 32.47529 to the right to match the BPM better
Fix timing errors with the new offset
Please take a look after any other mistakes aswell
