Story Achievements

First Night
Make it through your first night in Los Ojos


Perfect Rating
Earn your first 5-star rating
Liam will easily give you a 5 star rating.

Heart on Your Sleeve
Acquire the Feelgrid

Missable Achievements

Stanzmaschine
Find the underground night club Savy mentioned.
Just pick up Oona!

Worst Driver Ever
Earn your first 1-star rating
Make your pax mad (like belittling Gideon or not getting Agonon) or pick up Marek.

Puker Face
Clean up backseat vomit, a rite of passage for all drivers
Pick up Luke! He requires you to have 5 stars so pick him up as soon as you can.

Playing both sides
Discover where Savy was working when she disappeared.
Just pick up Charlie! He'll start showing up on Night 2 and he requires you to have 5 stars.

No, Officer
Refuse to play ball with a corrupt LOPD officer.
You'll have at least one pax who will ask you to park in a Capra-only zone. If you do, you'll have to pay a fine later and asked to donate $20. Don't.

A Night at the Babylon
Stay for the night at the bougiest hotel in Los Ojos.
Not as hard as you think. You'll have to save up $110 so try to not pay much for gas, have Azul pay you for the ride, and avoid a ticket. You can also pick up Sam twice as you have a chance to get money from him as well.

It's Never Lupus
Solve a medical mystery with Carlos.
Pick up Carlos before (or on) Night 4. He'll text you and give you a location to his clinic. Make sure to visit twice.

A Friend in Need
Rescue Allie from the Radix protest.
If you picked up Allie before Night 5 she'll text you for help. If you do help her you'll get this achievement.

Get Free
Help Gideon break out of her mech suit.
Agree to help Gideon out of her mech suit on her 2nd time picking her up.

Hit Bottom
Run completeley out of money and fuel
The easiest way to get this is to stay a night at The Babylon early on, get a ticket (the officer will have to round down your fee), and go to a charge station.

Pink Slip
Get fired by Neo Cab for sustaining an imperfect rating.
Wayyy harder than it looks. You not only have to keep your rating below 4 stars for 3 rides in a row but a whole other day as well before you're terminated. Make sure to avoid pax who give automatic 5 stars and go for ones who you can get 3 stars or lower from.
Agonon, Sam, Gideon, and Stella are some that can give low ratings while Marek and Charlie (and maybe Luke) will give you 1 star no matter what.

Ending Achievements

Just in case you don't want to be spoiled. This will include ending achievements (as well as those that happens late-game)

Text Me Back!
Convinced Savy to finally let you know she's alive.
Not sure how this is unlocked, but it unlocked on my 2nd playthrough when Savy texted Lina.

Emotional Victory
Stand up to Savy's emotional manipulation and win.
Don't let Savy get to you or attack her (too much). Iirc it helps to say how she causes the reactions and how you're not meek for being responsible. If Lina thinks something along the lines of "Why am I looking for her approval" or "Why am I trying to attack her" you're letting Savy get to you.

Capra Leaks
Leak the stolen docs and swing the Sophie's Law vote against Capra.
Go with the plan.

Luddite
Smash your Feelgrid to pieces.
You can only destroy the Feelgrid if you went out by yourself (aka got the Emotional Victory achievement) otherwise, you're too sad to go against Savy.

I wasn't able to get "Capra Leaks" without getting "Emotional Victory" first.

Pink Slip isn't that hard, you just need to annoy six passengers in a row. I don't remember the exact sequence, but think I started with Charlie on night two. Then you can treat Gideon like a kid, be nice to Agannon, refuse to give Sam money, refuse to rehearse with Stella, tell Fiona she shouldn't care so much what her lover thinks, etc.

It's trial and error. If you accidentally get five stars just reload the last save.

Hi, for the Text Me Back! what you have to do is go the the radix club twice and talk to azul and ask about savy, then she will message you

I can't get Hit Bottom to work. I tried everything, including getting scammed by Sam, donating to Carlos, pricey hotels and running around charging my car. When I get close to 0, I get a msg from Capra offering me some stupid survey and I get money for it. I cannot refuse the survey.

This answer might come a bit late but you can get Oona to not give you 5 stars.
Took me a while too but I eventually got the hang of pissing people off properly :)
