These can be added to other buildings without causing any problems, but it appears they are ignored by the game. But:
$MONUMENT_ENABLE_TRESPASSING
This does work on other buildings to allow pedestrians to pass through them.
For things which are not factories, such as shops you can use:
$STORAGE_SPECIAL RESOURCE_TRANSPORT_COVERED 12 clothes
This allows resources to be sold that don't fit any of the $STORAGE_DEMAND_xxx options for shop/restaurant/hotels. You can sell just clothes, or just electronics.
$MOVEABLE_DOOR doesn't seem to be working correctly, the doors aren't rendered.

Also, how can we determine where in the buildings list a factory is put at? My goal is to make a septik system ($TYPE_FACTORY) that takes sewage water from a sewage treatment plant, extract some bio waste and release a low grade "fresh" water (at 85%) to be used in factories... It should be put to the buildings in the water treatment tab
For water I found the line $WATER_NOT_USE_FOR_INDUSTRY_SUBSTATIONS
with it she takes water from the pipe for production! and what will it be for wastewater?
