Interiors for CUP

Description
About

This small add-on replaces many CUP buildings with their equivalents from the Contact DLC, meaning many buildings on terrains using CUP buildings now have interiors. We have found that it completely changes how we play on terrains that we've known for over a decade.

It replaces the buildings on any terrain or mission that uses them (i.e. even third party terrains that depend on CUP, such as Beketov). It does not require ownership of the Contact DLC as Bohemia Interactive made the assets available to all ArmA 3 owners.

There are some glitches where the ground clips through the floors of buildings; it is unlikely that we will be able to fix this in the near future.

Ah dude, hope someone can come along and fix this... such a great idea. updating all the assets.

arma is still the best game that exists when its modded to hell...

this would help so much if it worked.

would be nice to have a version of this for other Afghan maps too, just update all assets to the max quality available.

@Bobhappy2351- use "Vandeanson's Apocalypse" mod with ravage. It can be a bit complicated to use but is designed to work with ravage and should also fix your loot problem

Im trying to use this with ravage but it doesnt work since u renamed the houses, why isnt it just the same livonia structures? i dont know how to get ravage to recognize these "new" structures to spawn loot in, someone please help

Sorry for the general neglect here - apparently Steam doesn't send me emails about this. There's an issue open here about the destruction of buildings: https://gitlab.com/16AA/LSR/lsr-public/-/issues/6 . If anyone who knows a bit about ArmA and programming wants to have a go at fixing it I'd be happy to help remotely.

There's no chance that I'll fix it myself, though, as I no longer have easy access to a PC that can play ArmA.

@Uncle Billy This mod is basically useless on Chernarus Redux, just fyi; all of the buildings on that map have interiors.

I will confirm and reiterate, this causes crashes on the destruction of certain buildings on Chernarus.

This mod is random crashing my server with Antistasi MP mission. Tested in chernarus_summer and chernarus_winter maps.
Please fix this.

Lee: it's GPLv2 licensed so you can do that : )

You can see a summary of the rights GPLv2 grants you here - https://tldrlegal.com/license/gnu-general-public-license-v2 - but please note that CUP, which we depend on, has a very different licence.
