Description
Gigantic very detailed building (+8h build) with 2 floors, 3 entrances
Costs 78K to build....
inkludes:
8 exhibits
A 2 floor Nile monitor habitat
2 food shops, 2 drink shops, 1 gift shop, 1 toilet
8 Conservation boards

I left the outside of the building quite bare minimum for easiest possible placement and for it to be useable in multiple biomes.

It has been updated and some small things has been fixed.
Enjoy! :D

Tip to get perfect road placement:
After you have placed the building where you want it, press the button "Align to grid" ( you can find it in bottom right corner while you have roadtool open.) And hover over the building, it should say "Get grid from group". It will now align the roads perfectly and make 4m wide pathways so just make double paths (8m wide).

When you want to make the upstairs area deselect the grid and locate placement of the stairs. Use the roadtool normally to make the stairs. When you get to the top of the stairs make once flat roadpiece and now use that one as a new grid.
Or find an upstairs shop and place one roadpiece connected to it and select that roadpiece as the new grid.

This goes beyond anything I could come up with.

Hi, @reptilelover95. Yes im using the advanced move tool to place it. :)

Honestly love the aesthetic of these buildings you make so much that it's been inspiration for me to make my own buildings, though as noted in some other comments the centrum has issues with negative happiness due to staff building placement (and the Nile monitor habitat is on the small side). I made adjustments to it in my zoo to add space to the habitat, and to move the staff buildings farther away from exhibit areas, but I realized that I have no idea how you got those painted planks or that decorative roof over the habitat to be placed so nicely. When I tried doing it as I made the extensions I could not get those pieces to snap nicely. How the heck do you do it? Do you just use the Advanced move tool? Keep up the good work! Would love to see more exhibits and habitats that have this aesthetic!

@sbourget1774, You have to make barriers. Use "null" barriers and place them inside the wooden walls going in a loop around the habitat for the nile monitor, then place the habitat door on this loop where you want the entrance to be. Then decorate the habitat the way you want. Let me know it worked out for you :)

Got a question, might be obvious, but hear goes... How do you use the larger habitat for the nile monster? I got the paths hooked up, a habitat door, but can not place animals inside. Keeps telling me to complete the habit. What am I missing?

Hi thank you for the great work but there are some problems when using the building. Because of the staff room and generator inside the building, the tourists were damaging the ATM and trash cans and the conservation boards like crazy. I have to repair and replace them for like hundred times a year. Somehow, after I pulled the staff room and the generators out, the damage stopped. The walls seemed useless for the stuff facilities, you can still see their negative effect through the heat map. So I suggest not to put those facilities inside the building.

stunning great work :)

@AurOrA thanks for the advice! I managed to get it to work, the only problem now is that the staff buildings are having a negative effect on guest happiness, which is causing the conservation displays and any trash bins I place to be vandalized (and security guards are not helping). Also, the Nile monitor habitat has only 60% space suitability when I put the monitor in the habitat. Are there fixes for this?

Do you happen to know what research this requires?
