I cannot access my franchise.. says "There has been an error communicating with the franchise server, you will be returned to the front end menu" Help!

problem is, my trade centre is soooo laggy, by the time I have checked out the genetics, the animal has sold, sometimes it takes a full 30secs for an anmal to open once clicking on it, then another 30 secs of trying to click on the buy button. Im on superfast so not my connection.

EVERYONE CRYING ABOUT THE ANIMAL ADOPTIONS SORT BY MONEY ONLY AND CHECK EVERY COUPLE OF MINUTES THE ANIMALS CHANGE CONSTANTLY

hey all, has anyone started playing with genetics yet? A great feature! @Katloaves, you need to create a Frontier account to log in, trying to connect with Steam doesnt work.

Yeah the bug site is buggy through steam. They're working on it, that's why I mentioned making a brand new account with frontier on the bug site. but even that's buggy that you have to leave the site once you make an account and then go back to it, then it'll let you log in with your new frontier account

No one from frontier is looking at the Steam comments. If you make a frontier account at the bug site, then leave the site and come back it'll let you log in. I did this Tuesday and has worked ever since. I'd log it for you, but they need to know you specs for your computer to figure out if it's just you, or something you have that others have that have the same problem. Just as an example all people with Windows 10 can't log into the market. Stuff like that.

I'll post it here because i cant log in to report an issue.. I have a bug where i had i think around 50k and then suddenly it jumped to - over billion dollars. I am in debt and i cant do anything, also idk how to fix this. Looking at my income and outcome i do 165k plus so idk what happened...

I solved my financial issues with donation boxes (which i forgot like the idiot I am) but adopting animals is still an issue. The breeding fails because I cant get males and females of one species, and almost all cost CC point and are too expansive, and I also often get server connection errors when trying to purchase. My trade center in general is lacking like hell, even when i just want to move them in the zoo, and I am not sure why. My internet is generally fine. Well, I will just raise my 32 gavrials and try to provide them for others, maybe then I can actually afford something. thank you for your advice, though.

@skeranda, don't forget you can up the entry price of the zoo, put mine from 3 to 5 and started to go into profit immediately x
