EMC E2 City of Los Angeles

In the day's leading up to WW2, diesel power was just starting to make a name for itself. Electromotive Corporation, commissioned by Union Pacific and Chicago & Northwestern (and Southern Pacific for the sister units City of San Francisco) would build the third E series locomotive set (the first two being the EA for B&O and E1 for ATSF). With its sleek and bulldog nose design, it became one of the more unique locomotives to hit the American rails.

Fun Facts

-While none exist today (one being sold to Chicago Northwestern which was wrecked in a head on collision), the pair of Winton Engines from the City of San Francisco survived the scrapping from SP and made their home in the current location of Illinois Railway Museum.

I'm here. I've stopped updating this mod as I no longer play. If someone else wants to try and fix it they can, but I've moved onto Transport Fever 2, in which this model is slated for a complete overhaul

Is there any way for us to bump our comments up or somehow get the creator's attention?

aye. I've had the 2 and 3 dark problem too.

I don't know if I am just having issues, but the 2 and 3 units were half blacked out and too dark on the sides that loaded. Maybe I was just bugged, but has anyone else had this problem?

I found this, and it works, reduces smoke a great deal.
Maybe you can get some ideas from its code?

Nope that sounds about right, I had problems getting the smoke down so I'll mess around with it and try to reduce the smoke. Thanks for letting me know!
