Paints player ships when they build.

'ResidentArtist' is a ship Default Order. Assign a ship to a yard or
wharf (the 'Home' parameter), and it will dock and watch for any
player owned ships to be built at that yard. Then it applies the paint
mod it is currently wearing to the new ship.

You do not have to have paint mod wares in inventory for the new
ships. If the shipyard is player owned, it will become the ResidentArtist's
commander while the order is running. (in X4 v3, the artist will
appear as part of the "defend" group, but will still sit on the dock)

Only one artist at a time may be resident at a shipyard. Assigning a
new artist to a station already served replaces the existing artist (they
cancel their order and return to "Hold Position").

### Talk to Your Artist

Opening the Conversation Menu (Comm via menu or any other method) to a
pilot running this command gives two new options.

'Sell me Paint Mods' lets you buy any of the paint mods available in
the game, to apply to the artist's ship or others.

'Paint Whole Fleet', will (after a confirm) apply the
paintmod on the artist's ship to all player owned ships.

2019-09-11 - v 2.1 fixes converation menu collision; *only* the
ResidentArtist will sell you paint mods now, everyone else's
conversations should be as normal.

Anyone else have a HUGE question mark when an artist sits at an dock? it is litterally halve as big as the entire sector wich makes the mod unplayable ;(

Dragon231, Thank you for fixing it. Even if you found a workaround Dragoonx, it is still greatly appreciated when fixes are in place to stop it from doing things it shouldn't. But thanks for the help, none the less.

actually as i said i did fix it myself because of the new selling ability of the mod i doesnt even need the other mod anymore and withouth him it was all fixed already

well for me as i said i did use the other paint mod selling mod here on the steam workshop with him active i couldnt hire any crew anymore after i shut him off it was alright again.

I am running into the same issue with the different paint mods as well. Do you get all the paints with this mod? or do you only get the standard one?

it works alright after i deactivated the other paint job selling mod so just add in the moddiscription that it is no longer compatible with other paint jobs selling mods

a bug is happening if you have another mod who allows you to buy paintjobs from the trader npc of the stations you are no longer able to hire npc on the stations

it would be an idea if the artist ships would be listet under placeables and not any longer under ships that way the folders would be shorter.
If you count that each fraction has a min of 2 wharfs one for small and medium ships and one for destroyer and capital ships that could end in a long list of artist ships.
