TTT - Grapple Hook

This is a simple grappling hook that may be added to your server. You will probably need your own icon, everything can be edited via the shared.lua file.
This does NOT belong to me (I didnt make it) this is just a simple re-upload since I have not seen a grapple hook for TTT one the workshop. (so far.)
