Racial Heritage + Empire Building fix

The Tigran Luna Academy (T2 path of good) from racial heritage building is supposed to grant:
Shredder produced in this city gain {frostBonus} ranged damage, frostbite projectiles and phase.

When Empire building mod is installed every other unit (and the newly added evolutions) are compatible and work fine.

Except the Tigran Shreader and Tigran Master Shreader are broken.
This mod is a higher priority than both Empire building and Racial heritage and resets the tag on the Shreader unit, with no other changes, re-granting this ability.

If you know or find any other incompatible units or upgrades leave a comment and I'll fix them.

Shredders don't get good dedication off the T2 building, despite gaining moon cult perk.

That actually kinda difficult to fix without breaking something, editing the embrace the X upgrade is likely to break custom units (I believe it currently looks for prefixed units), for example the T3 mounted supports, and messing with specialization spells could increase the chance of incompatibility. I'll have a look if there is a way to do it, but its likely I will not fix.

Not exactly a EBM-Heritage compatibility, but builders get the perk and dedication upon building "embrace" structures. The dedication spells however don't affect builders, which can end in ugly situation when builders have alignment opposite of the leader's one.

I think even if they have the same names there isn't an issue with them gameplay wise.
I'll look at renaming them, Id rather not break someones game in progress so I'll do a little testing.

I haven't played too much with Decodence but that should be an easy fix. Ill post a compatibility fix for it later.

Speaking of incompatibility, there is a minor one for haflings: EBM provides a T2 Sheriff, while Heritages provides T3 Sheriff too. Might need some renaming.
Not related to EBM-Heritages, but Statue of Woods only works on vanilla climates, so dense vegetation on climates for Decodence don't provide food/skulls.
