Enemies all being Eternal in the Void to work fine, last I checked. I updated all of the graphics that were changed between afterbirth and repentance, but I haven't made any new sprites yet. Also, some of the ANM2 files changed from the original Eternal Edition and the Repentance version, so a few of the sprites look glitchy.
I'll probably wait for a new update to the game before I start doing any major work on new sprites (most Repentance bosses don't have official Delirium Forms yet and I don't want to spend time making sprites, just to replace them). Also, I might wait to see if anyone makes a version of Delirious Void for Repentance, since that will cut down the work I would have to do.
So, for now, it works pretty well with Rep, but sometime in the future I'll make a new version that is "More Compatible". Of course there's the (slim) possibility that the Void Update will do something similar to this mod, and there won't be a need for a Rep Version.
