I was having some difficulties with a mod I'm building, and I finally figured out why. There's an error in your mod. Take a look at your mod file:
"x4_storage/assets/units/size_s/macros/ship_tel_s_scout_01_a_macro.xml" (the Kestrel Vanguard)
It seems instead of a diff there, you have a full ship xml for the pegasus vanguard. This was causing some issues for my edits to both the pegasus vanguard and the kestrel vanguard. I've sorted the solution out on my end so my mod works fine now, but I thought I'd pass along the info in the hopes of helping out!
