Building the Knightfall Avalon Dreadnought

Description

Adds 2 new keypad items.

One is a keypad that looks like the keypad from the Outpost except it's functional, and the other one is a keypad that's 1 block in size.

Craft them at the Wiring Station or spawn them in suing admin commands (see below). Also adds the bounty hunting keypad as a craftable item at the Wiring Station.
