Leather floors

Description
This version is leather floors only. For a version that includes carpet, go here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1752835169

Adds a couple of floors that can be made out of any leather. This includes modded leather and wool. Adds a human leather floor.

Requires Fluffy's 'Stuffed Floors' to work: https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=853043503

Needs to go after Stuffed Floors in the mod list.

Safe to add to existing saves.

I might add a few more textures to this. Feedback welcome. I'm not much of an artist, just someone who wanted leather floors and muffalope wool carpet.

You're right, so I'm lowering the base flammability of the carpets from .32 to .27. That puts them at 32% flammable when made of cloth, which was the intention in the first place. Thanks!

@Zylleon

Flammability does vary, you'll notice in the defs that Woolens have a higher flammability factor than say cloth or other textiles.

The carpets all have 32% base flammability, which matches vanilla carpets. Again, flammability can vary if the flammability of the stuff varies, but I don't think it generally does.

Thanks for the feedback, will give it a try.

Though I think i might try the other new mod that includes the wool carpets also, and hope that the flammability factor transfers as material properties. Though am considering at this point that you might have made the wool carpets more flammable anyhow?

Stats should be visible in game, but scrapleather is currently 3 leather 1 beauty, square leather tiles are 5 leather 3 beauty. Human leather floors are not stuffed, but are 7 leather 6 beauty. Work amount is 5/7/9 respectively. All leather floors are 10% flammable. Any new textures added will likely have the same stats as either the scrapleather or the squareleather currently available.

They have a def for a burned floor, but it just uses the vanilla burned carpet texture with a new label. I'm not much of an artist, also a bit lazy.

The properties that transfer from the stuff are whatever's defined in the stuff. However, note that most* leathers do not define a beauty offset or multiplier, nor one for work required. The values I listed above are the defaults** and will used if nothing else is specified by the stuff.

* All that I am aware of. I'm probably wrong.

** It's not set in stone yet, there might be some tweaking. If so, it'll probably be minor.

Would it be possible to see the relevant stats (beauty, flamability, work amount etc) and resource costs associated with each stuffed flooring? (would be helpful in determining use).

Also can you remind me if the stuffed element transfers material properties to terrains as a part of the process, or whether they used fixed amounts? And do they also have their burned floor texture to go with them where relevant?

However, it sure looks like a helpful mod to make use of excess animal skins and fur etc.
