The patch removed flechette rifle but does not remove flechette sniper rifle, which cause exception spam whenever someone tries to fire one. The solution is the split the harmony patch operation into two instead of using the "or" statement.

I didn't notice the issue with other mods since they have backpacks usually but yeah, definitely because of the weight. Pawns who happen to have CE traits that give extra bulk will manage to spawn with ammo. Apparently water is 1 bulk each and they often spawn with 6 which puts them in the read before ammo can be allocated.

Hmm, that's odd. The Ratkin sniper rifle should fire the 65x50 Arisaka round, just like the basic rifle. And you shouldn't be able to get either of the flechette rifles.

Alright so, I removed RPG inventory and it's CE patch and the issue is mostly solved. Ratkin Sniper rifle and Flechette Sniper rifle still both don't work but the other guns have ammunition assigned to them and is all good. The two sniper's I mentioned seems to have no ammo assigned to them and expanding the info box on them shows up with blanks.

Yo I turned off a bunch of CE patches and CE mods and it works partially now. Spawning in Ratkin NPCs via debug e.g Ratkin Elite Soldiers, Guardners, spawns them with no ammunition but they are still able to fire their gun. Gonna keep testing some more and see if I can figure out what's causing the ammo to screw up.

@Windless When you say "spawn," what do you mean? As raiders/merchants? In the correct scenario? Because they're spawning w/ the correct weapons and ammo in all circumstances for me. When are they failing to do so for you?

After some testing, I can confirm that everything seems to be working as intended. The issue is on your end somewhere--check your versions for all other dependency mods, and post any errors popping up in the log.

Same ammunition equipping issue as @WindlessNights
My load order is : CE / Ratkin plus / this mod
there are no carry volume and weight stat at all.
