Warlock's Mind Scorch deals Psi damage

Description
This mod adds 2-4 Psi damage onto the Warlock's Mind Scorch. This makes it so that Mindshields don't neuter him.

Known Issue - It may sometimes say that Mind Scorch misses, but that's for its Daze effect, not the damage. It'll still deal damage even if it doesn't Daze.

Nice idea, always felt that Mind Scorch needed a little something extra, instead of just the daze effect. Thanks for this.
