GREENLIGHT! We thank you all!
Release date: Late 2015
Caribbean Island: A Pirate Adventure is a point-and-click adventure game in the old-school style titles. We’re creating an epic, fun and challenging new adventure.

The game focuses on the story of Oliver.
Oliver is an eccentric pirate seeking treasures.
And survives mostly by using wit and negotiation rather than weapons or force.
Our hero will arrive to an island and the only way to start the adventure is with your help.

The initial plan is to have 4 chapters on the game. If we reach extra goals we can add a 5th and 6th chapter.
We hope to have the game done in around mid 2014.

With your help, Caribbean Island will become a reality—forged by Voon in 2D graphics in 1536p resolution!!, and it will be available for PC, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android. Hopefully if we reach an extra goal it will be on GameStick and OUYA too.

Update 1: We are also going to bring a pixelated version so you can choose to play on full HD graphics or old-style pixel art (you can change it at anytime of the game).

Update 2: We did it thanks to you! We are on Steam Greenlight! The game is still in production because as you may know the funding campaign wasn't successful but we decided to make the game with our own funds so it's taking more time. The good news is that we aren't going to give up and the game will be finished and published. All your comments and votes is the energy to keep us working and motivated!

@MundM, you're welcome. Sorry for the big silence all those months, it has been hard to keep the development with less resources, but as we promised on the Indiegogo campaign, our main objective was to make the game with or without funding. Now we are happy that we have accomplished most of the work with very few but talented people :)

Thanks for the response, I will gladly play it, I just hope you have the resources to finish it, would be sad if not.

Umpf, that is heavy terrain you are trying to get a food into. There are Monkey Island HD remastered 1&2 for each 9,99€ on normal price and both are masterpieces with superb visuals, voice acting, comedy, puzzles etc. Not saying that no one else should make a game like that, but I think the reason why people did not found this for you is, that the standard is set very high for a game that seems to try to be the same. I like what you showed us so far, but this project seems a bit too ambitious if you don't have enough people and money to make it good. And on the other side..hold on, what's that behind you? A THREE HEADED MONKEY!

@The Soviet's Gentleman yeah and they were asking for $30,000 for funding and got $300 - I'd be surprised if it was still even in production. Too bad as it looks good.
