Fallout 4 Ballistic Weave.
This guide is for those who do not know about the best armour modification available in fallout 4 the ballistic weave armour mod is available as a Mod from nexus or from the bethesda mods tab ingame or from the railroad in fallout 4 the vanilla way, this armour mod *Vanilla one* allows you to give most armours such as underlayers such as the military fatigues with a maximum of 110 damage resistance and 110 energy resistance here are a list of the ones that can be worn with combat armour etc over the top:
Army Fatigues, Baseball Uniform, Dirty Army Fatigues, Green Shirt and Combat Boots, Military Fatigues, Minuteman Outfit, Tattered Rags and now the hats: Battered Fedora, Green Rag Hat, Newsboy Cap, Trilby Hat the armour mod is obtained via the quest given by the railroad Completion of at least one Railroad safe-house quest assigned at the Railroad Completion of at least one Jackpot Quest assigned by PAM in the Railroad HQ,
Jackpot Quests are a series of fetch quests assigned by PAM at Railroad HQ and generally trigger after completing at least one other Railroad safe house Quest for PAM...thus, a Jackpot quest is usually the second quest offered by the robot. Jackpot quests involve the use of an RF ID item to retrieve a certain piece of data; you may also use the fallout 4 command by pressing the ~ key whilst ingame to activate the console to get the armour mods without the railroad "Set RailroadClothingArmorModAvailable to 1" or with the railroad mod found on nexus or the bethesda ingame mod menu ballistic weave without the railroad. enjoy this guide everyone :) and remember war war never changes.
