RELEASE! Steam Early Access for PC and Mac
Release date: Released (on Steam Early Access)
Thanks to you, the community, the game is now released for PC and Mac on Steam Early Access. A big
thanks to all of you, and see you in the Arena! ;)

LuGus Studios team

The game
Gaul, 375 BC: The Gaulish chieftain Brennos lays waste to the city of Rome with the help of magical runes. The Celtic-Germanic empire that he founds proves unstable and falls into chaos. All across Europe clans of druids fight for power.

In Runes of Brennos , you take control of a mighty druid seeking to seize political power. Draw magical runes on the screen and cast them on the enemy player or an NPC to eliminate opponents and rise to power. Drawing runes can be done with a mouse, drawing tablet, Leap Motion or Extreme Reality. Memorize and harness combos as you become a more experienced spellcaster. But be wary, like any master sorcerer, you must understand the strengths and weaknesses of each rune to unleash its true potential. The road to power is a dangerous one, but with the right combination of strategy, timing, and luck, the throne could be yours!

Runes of Brennos is 100% LuGus Studios' own production and the young studio's first entertainment game. With the game LuGus demonstrates its aim to play an innovative role.

We definitely want to make our mark as an innovating game studio and as such we are very pleased to present this game at the launch of Leap Motion. At the same time, we are also proud that Runes will be offered to the world-wide market.
The development of Runes also saw a great deal of attention for the games' magical environments and striking images.

In all our games, we care deeply about graphical and artistic aspects. The appeal of Runes is partly due to the details and atmosphere of the arenas.

I played this game on AntwerpCon with some friends and it looked incredible. I know play it with the free beta key i got. It's a little less fun because i don't have a touch screen, but it's still worth it. Ofc it's still in the beta, so if you wouldn't like it now you may find it better on it's actual release. PS: in the beta the Multiplayer isn't here yet and there are some bugs, but this is for every game in the beta.
