NSI Mule (CV) Alpha 9.3x Cheap CV-hauler

The NSI Mule is a Noa|m Space Industries Capital vessel.

Very cheap and available at level 10 cargo hauler.
After trying to loot some POI's with weight/volume enabled, i quicly realized there was a urgent need for a CV-hauler in the early stages of the game since HV and SV can't carry the larger modules one tend to get with the loot.
