Perhaps with the power of AI or sometthing. I couldnt mod anything so Im not asking thinking its possible, just that it would make this already great mod better :)
The Mod In Question Is:
"Tomatekh's Historical Religions" Since It Has The Religion, Dreamtime
If Added, Thank You
Thank you
As a (non indigenous) Australian I appreciate that this part of Australian history & culture is represented.
Some thoughts for potential balance type updates to the civ:
- nerf the appeal bonuses. Too much stacking! It's not quite OP, but it's unnecessary.
- appeal based combat bonus for all units? Or all melee units? This would be on par with Japan or Spain, and give an extra 'dimension' for the civ (and a defensive bonus!)
- something weird like recon promo tree for all units? (I don't think I upgraded my unique units to see what happens...)
- could the warrior unit be a 1 range spearman, maybe like the Persian unit: combat strength higher than ranged strength?
- unique improvement to get culture, or at least tourism, that scales with appeal. It was super sad to replace them all with seaside resorts.
The mod seems to be working fine, it loads into the game and I tested some functions, doesn't appear to be particularly broken. Which exact part do you find outdated, so I may look into it?
