Faster Source Vampirism DE

- Significantly reduces cast time for Source Vampirism!

- Source Vampirism has no cooldown if you are casting it out of combat.

- Source Vampirism is instantly taken off cooldown at the end of combat.

Mod meant to help with the tedium of needing to drain corpses for Source, dramatically reducing both the time this chore takes and the irritation it causes.

Any chance you can make a version that also increases the range to be similar with purging wands?

Hey Chekita,
Yeah, the only way to refresh the cooldown at the time the mod was made was to fully remove and then add the skill again, which will cause the behavior you're seeing if you don't have skills auto-added to the bar (or have gaps in it). It's a limitation of the available resources when the mod was made: if the engine is updated to let you refresh a single skill instead of needing to be all-or-nothing, I will update the mod so it behaves better.

As it is, you can only refresh *all* skills (like with Skin Graft), so, to remove the cooldown on Source Vampirism I was forced to remove and re-add the skill. This works for ~90% of people I think, but might be annoying for people who do their bars/set their options a bit differently, sorry about that!

Idk if there is something else to do but it is making source vampirism get worse, not better for me. Every time I use it the skill disappears from the bar, whilist being in or out of combat, so I just stopped using. It takes more time to get the skill on several bars and get them back every time I use it.

Love the idea behind this mod!

Although, I think I'm experiencing an issue that this mod causes: after a battle and after using it outside of a battle, Source Vampirism removes itself from my hotbar. I find that this only happens when I have this mod enabled. Could this be a possible conflict with the "instantly taken off cooldown at the end of combat" feature?

Looks like I failed to remove some debug data, sorry about that! Everything should be fixed now, though it probably wouldn't affect a save where you already have faux-Dallis.

This mod is causing an NPC to appear upon spawning on the Beach at Fort Joy, "Dallis, The Axe?". Level 8 Dallis lookalike, who cannot be spoken to, will stay in your party and help you slaughter everything. No idea what happens if you let her stay until you leave Reaper's Eye.
