Divine Scaling [Definitive Edition]

Description
About Divine Scaling

The mod aims to scale enemy levels to the player's level as uninvasively as possible (by default), but handling it out of sight from the player. In cases where enemies spawn in or are summoned, they'll be leveled up upon entering combat.

You can also find Sarah on top of Fort Joy's entrance gate, or at the Lady Vengeance later on. She can help you change scaling settings, and also modify and boost enemy stats rather than level.

If Sarah is bugged for you, just disable the mod, make a savegame without the mod, then enable it and load the save, it will reinstall the mod and it'll be working fine.

Excuse me, I got a question. What is Sarahs stats boost doing exactly? I asked her to make it +5 but after a fight I couldnt see any difference. I deactivated this mods scaling system, because I was using Enemy Upgrade Overhauls scaling system.

Anyway, interaction with Sarah is working perfectly fine for me. No bugs.

What about Divine Scaling 2 and Chronicles of Divinity?
Im afraid to use Spirit Vision, just to discover the ghostly remains of what could have been ;D

This mod is god awful. As soon as a battle starts, NPC's "level up", healing them to full in the process. EVEN WORSE, if any of your characters level up in battle, ALL enemies "level up" and heal to full. This can occur multiple times each battle as your characters may not all have the same amount of experience.

I think this mod is causing a lagspike during combat where the game will "freeze" (not really freeze freeze but you can't do anything) whenever you level up during combat. It also caused a crash once... Fair warning to anyone using this mod.

I see the complains about getting levels higher, but I am not sure how much of an issue this is. Since the enemies level with you, does it actually matter if you get levels faster? I mean this might increase your max level to like 24 or something, but if enemies scale with you, is that an issue (ie does the game still get easier because of this, rather than harder as intended)?

For some reason Adramahlihk does not level up when combat starts and the doctor transforms. I need to flee and then enter combat again to get him from level 20 to the scaled level. The same seems to happen with braccus but I cannot do the same to make him level up.

I recommend grabbing my experience scaling mod if you want to scale enemies up without altering how fast you level up.

It scales experience to the player's level, so if you're level 4 and an enemy is level 10, you still only get level 4 xp.
