Altering History

Altering History is a mod that allows you to toggle the Historical Flag on buildings, it has a Auto-Enable Option for newly built buildings,, as well as buttons to mark ALL Buildings Historic or Non-Historic.

Hopefully Fixed Bug causing building limits to be reached. Altering History now checks if the building has been created before applying an historic flag. This Change is also reflected in the Debug Output, and no longer shows changes to ~50K buildings.

Bugs
* Enabling the Auto-Enable will currently set ALL buildings to Historical, however disabling the option won't return them back to their default values.

Description
Altering History has one setting that allows you to auto-enable the Historical Setting on newly created buildings. It also includes 2 buttons to mark all buildings either Historic or Non-Historic

Disabling the Auto-Enable option will allow NEWLY spawned buildings to be their default value.

Yes! would like an option to automatically set plopped growable buildings as historical but zoned growables don´t.

This mod saved my city after another mod made every building historical with no mechanism to revesre it. I thought I was going to have to go through every building in my city manually and switch it back to non-historical.

@Seeker_939 I have been looking at this extensively. I currently have a new UI, and the ability to set district levels. It is just running through some last minute bug checks, however RL has hit right now, so I might be around a week before I get to properly release the update. But it is coming, I promise :)

Hey there, someone pointed out your mod to me because sometimes I hate it when buildings changing their looks with level up. I like to build rural areas with cottages and small villages and they look weird once the models become too urban. Thumbs up for your work!

It would be amazing if you could incorporate the feature SergJack proposed (copied it down below). Being able to choose a certain district and having the option to set a specific maximum level would make the "story" of cities so much better!

It could very well be, as I use 81 Tiles from BloodyPenguin. Thanks for the list, I shall look into it now, I am currently in the middle of a big update, which hopefully I can incorporate a fix into :)

I do have some other mods enabled, I've created a list https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1615887835 . I assume the culprit of the issue is the 25 tiles mod, but It's just a guess.

@Jchiscool This is an odd one, as according to CSL Show More Limits, the process of marking historical buildings has no affect on my building count. Does it happen with only this mod enabled?
