TTT Grappling Hook (Limited Uses)

A grappling hook addon with 3 uses for both traitor and detective.

This plugin isn't mine, I just edited an existing version that was detective only, and made it for traitors too.

I have also changed the way the ammo system works on servers using the grapple_distance cvar. Ammo will now only be used if the grapple is successful.
