[KIR]Colored Lights No Microelectronics!

A simple lil' tiny mod that makes Colored Lights research requires only the Electricity research and can be done in the Simple Research Bench rather than in a Hi-Tech Research Bench...

Since Colored Lights is just Research Filler and doesn't serve any purpose but to make your colony more brighter with Red, Green and Blue Lights lit like a Chirstmas Tree.

But for some Odd Reason it's Locked Behind Microelectronics which is expensive enough, but you also need a Hi-Tech Research Bench as well to research it. Which is just a bit too much in my eyes...

• Tanner: I thought you needed Medicine Production Max... We can't just use Herbal Medicine all day and just buy them from traders, what if they don't have enough or none?
  
  
• Max: I just wanted Green Lights for the Workshop, Well because... It's my favorite color, and also i like Jade because it's Green...
  
  
• Tanner: I'm about to explode and throw an Tantrum here...
  
  
• Pete: Tanner! Hurry up... I want those blue lights for the freezer!
  
  
• Tanner: Grrrrrrrr....

This is all done with Patching and can be safely added to saved games and removed from them,
though i didn't test that by the way to be honest...
