Description
This MOD aims to
- Make map-painting less easy
- Effectively increase difficulty as you grow in power / size
- Slow down expansion to historical speed or allround small penalties
- Makes it harder to consistently run at 0 inflation and 0 corruption
- Help the AI vs. players
- Flesh out few mechanics which tend to be a non-issue in vanilla

In general I have added minor inflation penalties to create trade offs, which puts a premium on that course of action, but are relatively straight forward to deal with for a player.

Hey, can I integrate your mods into my planned mod called "Extended Timeline Enhanced Immersion Project"? I might change numbers around for various things and add my own touches, such as in regards to Mercenaries Redone content, but I'd still like to look at your mods for content in my mod.

UPDATE - I nerfed the bonus to corruption and inflation reduction from being ahead of time as well as made sure the prerequisites for buildings display correctly. Finally, corrected/tweaked the value for lvl3 CoTs a bit.

Currently testing (not yet uploaded!) upping the base corruption and inflation significantly, but giving a boost to the effect of positive stability and being at peace will now reduce corruption and inflation. Additionally Revanchism will also reduce both corruption and inflation (mostly to help the AI). Further I have incorporated the "Mercenaries Redone mod" as it was not directly compatible. - If anyone thinks this is a bad direction please let me know

UPDATE - fixed a small bug in relation to professionalism causing higher stability cost. / testing a nerf to increase autonomy (now just reduced effect, but should it cost a few admin pts? or increase unrest in other parts of the country due to seeing how lax the ruler is?)
