This Guide helps locating stuff needed to get to 100%. It is not a walkthrough but a hint giver on some "hard" parts of the game.

To find information about the challenge or achievement you need a hint for just use CTRL+F and type in the name. Alternatively you can click the category in the Guide Index on the right hand side and scroll through the list. (Not suggested because of the long list) :)

Areas with a "- wip" in the end are still work in progress and will be filled asap.

Challenge - Bothersome Bats

1. Maybe if Master Bruce hired a window clearer his plants would do better and it wouldn't be so dark in there...
   
2. At least it's not hanging from the FRONT door. He's already left too many clues...
   
3. Why hang from a tree when there's a perfectly good cave mere feet away? And so close to the old family memorial too...
   
4. I knew no good would come from that giant hedge. All it's missing now is a cowl and cape.
   
5. That reminds me, the gates could do with a new lick of 'brooding black'.
   
6. Poor little thing'll be roasted by the Batmobile if it doesn't get out of that tunnel.
   
7. Could be just another suit accessory I suppose. Must've got out of the suit display next to it.
   
8. It can get lonely down in that cave. He probably just wanted a friend. A large, scientifically inaccurate, Cretaceous-era friend.
   
9. Even bats like to visit the beach I suppose.
   
10. As far as prizes found at the end of hedge mazes go, it's not the best.

Challenge - Poster Painter

1. I promise I will make the room inside our cable car statue a tourist hotspot
   
2. I will insist on more frequent hotel inspections to ensure tourists receive the highest quality
   
3. I will keep the streets clean of trash, particularly under the Innsmouth Bridge
   
4. I will support our beautiful Chinatown district, ensuring our famous Pagoda is given protected status
   
5. I pledge to give additional funding to our hard-working police force, protecting our streets
   
6. I will add more wheelchair accessible routes to Chinatown, which currently has no access ramps
   
7. I pledge to improve transport links in the city, refurbishing our old cable car station
   
8. I will come down hard on Graffiti, particularly in the passage beneath the ice cream factory
   
9. I promise to highlight our green spaces, planting more flowers in the gardens beneath the police station
   
10. I will add more police patrols around the dockyard, protecting our Sailors and their shipments

Challenge - Peeping Penguins

1. *Grumble* Lousy manager doesn't even trust me to load up the Ace Chemical vans...
   
2. Gee. Someone really wants to keep track of everyone driving up to the Ace Chemical Factory
   
3. Ever get the feeling you're being watched in the Factory parking lot?
   
4. Well at least my car will be safe outside of that fancy nightclub.
   
5. Do you think that robot penguin is getting cold standing on top of that giant iceberg?
   
6. Wonder what that weird blinking red light at the Monorail Station is.
   
7. I guess a camera pointing at the window of a theatre is cheaper than actually buying a ticket.
   
8. Why would Penguin care about who's coming in and out of the Swamp?
   
9. They can't have cameras on Hotel roofs! It's unconstitutional!
   
10. If I put a bus stop in Crime Alley, I'd want to keep track of who was using it as well...

Challenge - Irritating Incisors

1. Sounds like someone behind the Wheel of Misfortune's really feeling the cold.
   
2. I guess somebody thinks the Monorail is the scariest ride in the park.
   
3. My teeth chatter when I eat ice cream too! Glad I ain't the only one!
   
4. 'Always take your false teeth out before riding the Dodgems' as my old grandma used to say...
   
5. Is it just me or does that giant shark have a few too many teeth in its mouth?
   
6. Do you think those chattering teeth rode the Helter Skelter by themselves? Pretty impressive if they did.
   
7. I'd probably look angry too if I had a giant head and a pair of chattering teeth right next to my ear!
   
8. The first thing I saw entering Amusement Mile was a discarded pair of teeth. 4/10 will not revisit.
   
9. Think I can hear something mechanical from behind that Balloon Game. There's no way that it's not fixed!
   
10. Rollin' Poison is so rad it made my teeth fall out! Or at least that's what I'll tell my lawyer.

Challenge - Runaway Roundup

1. Harkness won't even make it past the driveway! She'll be easy to roundup.
   
2. That MacKenzie's a crafty one. She could be in the Netherlands by now! After all, she really, REALLY likes windmills.
   
3. Clifton always wanted a window in her cell so she could look out over all of Arkham and the Asylum. Some view.
   
4. That escaped photographer, Wright, he was always a 'big picture' kind of guy. Bit skittish.
   
5. That inmate, Hooks, always seemed like the 'cabin in the woods' type. Not to perpetuate stereotypes or anything!
   
6. Wait, Reynolds was in the here for trying to prove ghost are real? They are real! We drive past that super haunted place every day!

Challenge - Potent Plants

1. 00:00 I can't stop laughing whenever I see that 'DANGER' statue for some reason. Maybe it's just because it's a statue instead of a sign.
   
2. 00:15 Guess giant robot heads that come out of the swamp need to stop and smell the flowers too.
   
3. 00:28 I hear they pump some sort of toxin onto the roof of Belle Reve to keep the inmates chirpy during yard time.
   
4. 01:00 The entrance to those ruins sure do have a lot of interesting plant life, huh?
   
5. 01:19 Dunno why, but I couldn't stop giggling during my hike up that big hill in the swamp the other day.
   
6. 01:35 Uh... flowers ain't supposed to grow in the middle of bridges... are they...?
   
7. 01:51 Huh. Wonder if those pipes next to the tunnel leading back to Gotham could be affecting the local flora and fauna?
   
8. 02:06 You think the guy who lives in that cabin likes those smelly purple flowers outside his house?

Challenge - Telephone Terror

1. S.T.A.R. Labs' got some of the most cutting-edge tech in the world and yet they still have an old phone booth outside. It's not even a Wi-Fi hotspot!
   
2. I heard some journo was fighting the city pretty hard to stop them removing a phone booth from outside his office.
   
3. Pretty cool that they have those phone boxes outside of the History Museum. Cos y'know... history.
   
4. Phone booth? Oh! You mean that box I stand in when it's raining and I'm waiting for a cab outside the Hospital.
   
5. I don't think I quite 'get' that art installation next to the statue of Lex Luthor. That one with the door on it.
   
6. Cain Theatre has all sorts of rustic features like reasonably priced popcorn and a single working landline outside.
   
7. A giant click next to a giant telephone!? What is this? 1995?
   
8. Pretty sure that phone booth in Centennial Park is from the actual Bicentennial.
   
9. What do they need a call bax for at the Hall of Justice? Don't they have like 'super-phones' or something?
   
10. Weird that they have a public telephone outside Stryker's. Wouldn't that make it easier to call for a ride after a break out?

Challenge - Sunflower Smasher

1. Always nice seeing that one lonely sunflower when I drive into Smallville.
   
2. Wonder if the guy who works in the Petrol Station planted those flowers near it.
   
3. Used to be lotsa nice flowers on the drive up to the Mine. Wonder if they're still there?
   
4. Slowly but surely, nature's taking back that old abandoned place at the top of the hill.
   
5. I hear the Mayor's a big fan of sunflowers.
   
6. Think they use sunflower oil as fuel for the planes? I'm basing this line of questioning on the one sunflower I saw next to the tanks.
   
7. Flowers at the end of the runway!? DON'T THEY KNOW HOW DANGEROUS THAT IS!?
   
8. Strange... Wouldn't expect one of those to grow in the shadow of a big barn like that.
   
9. Can chickens even appreciate the beauty of a flower like that? Seems like a waste to plant it there.
   
10. Kinda surprising any flowers survive unscathed so near a tractor repair shop?

Challenge - Hug Hunter - wip

1. Armagetto stinky place, something stuck in giant skull nose. Maybe booger.
   
2. Power Plant has secret path underneath bossman's head, seems pretty pointless.
   
3. Biggest Darkseid fist, squashes all enemies. Hugs none!
   
4. The Granny Goodness Orphanage banners sure are pretty, one day maybe it will be my face up there.
   
5. Granny Goodness is always ordering pizza to a secret side entrance. Hawaiian is not for everyone. Maybe a button will change her mind?
   
6. Throne room forbidden place for Parademon. Darkseid big meanie.
   
7. Me hide button last place you will ever look, definitely not behind giant photo screen.
   
8. The g-g-giant one eyed monster facing coliseum, s-ss-something stuck in teeth!
   
9. I lost something on one of the four lava slides at the Orphanage. Granny Goodness is a wonderful person.
   
10. Me and Susan have super secret hideout in power plant, play videogames, beat hi-scores, wear cool buttons.

Challenge - Bowtie Bandit

1. It's a little known fact that even the Ancient Egyptians wore bowties.
   
2. I love the fashion sense of the Chinatown guardians, those robes are great,
   
3. Even the cable car station's got great style!
   
4. Who says you can't look great in an old abandoned cathedral?
   
5. Police uniforms are really improving, even their statues look cool!
   
6. The statue facing Metropolis Hotel is just stunning.
   
7. Le Marvin Bistro is such a classy joint, even the statues on the building look suave!
   
8. Looking cool isn't hard when you've got a library card.
   
9. Lex has always been a trend setter.
   
10. Is anyone as fashionable as Wayne? Even his hedges are smartly dressed.

Challenge - File Finder

Each briefcase contains one character token.

Not gonna include this one for now as you will be able to see all the briefcases once you unlock the Red Brick to display character tokens.

Challenge - Modest Misdemeanours

The goal is to commit some everyday crimes in the hub.

1. This comically oversized safe will keep all of my valuables secure!
   
2. I know, I know, you shouldn't give babies oversized lollipops - but he's just so happy!
   
3. We could have got a cab if the prices weren't so crazy! Where did that getaway driver get to!?
   
4. Just how secure are these Armoured Vans anyway? The back doors don't look very explosion-proof...
   
5. If everybody recycled as well as us, we'd save the planet in no time! Assuming nobody came along and destroyed the recycling bins that is.

Challenge - Transit Tycoon

To get the challenge done you need to enter and stay in the Monorails for a sec and TRAVEL IN STYLE for the whole ride because you can not exit after entering. :) So the whole challenge is only a matter of time for the 2nd entry.. the 1st and 3rd are done within a blink of an eye.

1. Glide through the sky from Amusement Mile to East Gotham. Gotham Monorail: The Best We Can Do.

Challenge - Game Guru - wip

1. Granny Goodness make fancy new security and training system for Coliseum. Do not like it.
   
2. Have you faced the DASTARDLY DEADLY DOTS at the Airport? Sounds scary, all that alliteration.
   
3. I heard Blaze Comics in Metropolis is running a cool event for its first customers! Too bad I don't like comics.
   
4. Female Furies take Earth technology to make big flashy light game! Darkseid Palace more exciting than ever!
   
5. Dreggs all happy about new game at Energy Plant. Darkseid must be turning blind eye!
   
6. Some guy's having a lot of fun with a bow and arrow in the Arkham Forest. Says he's looking for 'recruits' but I think he's just messing around.
   
7. Stop right up, try your luck! What's your aim like? Best game in Amusement Mile, guaranteed! ...Probably...
   
8. Hope they don't roll out the new ticketing system they have at Gotham East Monorail everywhere. It's already so complicated!
   
9. They just destroy their dirty dishes in Amusement Mile instead of cleaning them. People actually pay to do it as well! Ha!
   
10. I've heard tourists go all the way to Florida to feed gators! Why go there when you can do it for free just a stone's throw from Belle Reve?
    
11. Can't believe the cops shut down Harley's Hammers! It was the coolest game at that crummy theme park!

Challenge - Golden Graffiti - wip

1. The boss'll love that jack-in-the-box I redid to look like him! Hope it doesn't blend in with all these other giant Joker heads though...
   
2. All hail the eternal throne of Darkseid! May he forever strike fear into the hearts of his enemies!
   
3. Arkham Asylum has some truly stunning gargoyles. I hear some have been untouched since the 1800s!
   
4. It's really cool that the city erected that statue of Commissioner Gordon. The guy's got a pretty tough job!
   
5. Ace Chemical really likes putting signs all over the place, huh? There's a weird little one you can probably only see from the driveway.
   
6. If I were Superman I'd have statues of myself all over the place! Guess he's a lot more modest than I am, just having that one in Metropolis.
   
7. Smallville has a keen farming tradition and we sure do show it! That's why we commissioned that big ol' statue.
   
8. Lotta creepy signs out there in the Swamp. There's that nice one with the big smiley man though. Really offsets the atmosphere.
   
9. The memorial on Wayne Island is really nice. I should get a marble sculpted monument to my family too. Maybe start a trend.

Races

Some information about races. I am not going to tell you how to do the races! :)

• When a race requires a special vehicle then that one is roughly 5-10 LEGO steps away! You can always see them when looking around from the starting point of the race where you need it.
  
• The Glide races are a pain.. really.. i dare you.. THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO GLIDE! As of today (20181021) it is possible to start the Glide race as a glide character and then right away switch to a flying one. Some of the Glide races i have no clue how one should do them in pure glide mode! I only managed to get them done by switching to a flying character after race start and then finishing it that way.
  
• Worth mentioning:
  You can not create a custom character with Advanced Gliding.
  Only normal Glide is available and therefor you need to use one of the pre made chars to do the Gliding races. Use the skill filtering option on the Character wall to find suitable chars.
  
• When you can select from multiple race vehicles or running -> I suggest always to choose running with a speedy char!
  
• When you can select from multiple vehicles -> I always choose the police car. It's not too big and fast enough to get all land races done.

Achievements not listed here are self explanatory or can be found under the other sections. (like challenges)

Read All About It

Unlock and view all Minikit Newspaper covers
Once all 5 Minikits in a level are collected a newspaper for that level is made available in the Daily Planet office. On the newspaper wall i have 20 unlocked and still 6 locked, i have no more missions tho. I am unsure if they are the "other choice" missions or if they are upcoming DLCs. Achievement unlocked for me upon looking at the first 20 completed ones as seen on the screenshot.

Helping Hand

Complete all quests in the hub
Quests are the "Speak bubbles" seen on the map. Some only appear after a certain event like a mission done or a Gold Brick collected.

Smile!

Graffiti all Picture Perfect posters
Spray the picture found in each level. (More info on locations in the Picture section)

Fastest man alive

Complete all races in the hub
Some races only appear once a certain condition was met. (e.g. Level completed, char unlocked)

When they're in a Cutscene...

Create your own Custom Character
You will get this while doing Quests in the Hub so don't bother "going for it".

Battering Ram

Perform a grab on an enemy and charge into 5 others
I was first confused where i could get this but then it suddenly popped. In the early levels (1-3) you have several opportunities with 5+ enemies. Grab one with B and then keep running with him into the other ones, try to hit them only once and go for another, i have a feeling that it might work with hitting the same enemy twice with another one in between, but that is not confirmed!

That top hat with those trousers?

Change your custom character's body piece 5 times
During character customization just switch between 5 different body parts. Do not select one then save and select another one - it has do be done in "one cloths change".

Try Not to Scratch it

Collect all vehicles
Will come through play. The last one will be a special prize!

Hit the Jackpot

Get the x10 combat multiplier
Pretty easy and don't bother with it! Just keep punching. An option is to do it in the HUB by getting police attention and then just kicking their butte!

Most Wanted

Achieve the highest wanted level in the hub
Same as Hit the Jackpot. Don't bother with it, it will come with time. But if you really struggle, just keep punching people on the street to get it.

Man of Steel

Complete a level without dying
Try to get this one on a level WITHOUT a boss fight! For me it unlocked when i came back to a level after i took a break from playing and launched the game into the last part of a level. Using a custom character with INVULNERABLE HEALTH helps.. unless you forgot flying. ;)

Thrill Rider

Ride all of the fairground rides at Amusement Mile in the hub
There is 5 rides you need to where some are only available after doing something for them.

• Ferris wheel
  
• Roller coaster
  
• Bumper car
  
• Slide (You need to get to the top of the slide and then hit B to take a ride)
  
• Carousel

Ticket to Glide

Glide for 60 seconds as Batman in the hub
Get on top of LexCorp and then Glide down towards Gotham/Amusement Mile water while stalling your glide by hitting the UP key.

Bad Guy Boogie

Activate dance mode and make 5 characters dance
You need Harley Quinn and it helps when using split screen.
Go to Metropolis or any other area with people walking around and find a bus station. There are usually 2-3 people waiting and some bypassers. Hold B until the Boombox starts. If you are struggling with getting enough people to dance. Activate 2nd player and go to another NEARBY area with a 2nd Harley Quinn to get remaining people to dance.

Hello @TheSmelly,
at the time of writing this guide in 2018 it was not required to have all the DLCs I think. As of now.. looking at the many hidden achievements.. it could be. You might want to check one of the achievement hunters websites. They usually have info about DLC requirements on games.

This is easy done, because you get the Brick to show character locations. So not really needing a guide...

The coaster is available later in the game once you can do the little steps to unlock it. Guess i should include some information about this. thanks for the info :)
