Crafting Quality Rebalanced

Description
Rebalances item crafting and building quality, for example a skill 20 crafter/builder will not have the chance to make an awful item anymore.

If anybody wants to translate it into different languages, feel free to contact me.

In Detail:
A skill 9+ pawn will make at least a poor item.
A skill 13+ pawn will make at least a normal item.
A skill 17+ pawn will make at least a good item.
Affects everything where quality is decided by skill, so smithing, tailoring, construction, art,...

You can adjust the skill thresholds in the mod settings menu, now with an option for every quality, excellent and masterwork are disabled by default.

Legendary is now a chance instead of a guarantee, if you want a guarantee just set it to 100%.

I did not change the probabilities of other qualities, just removed the possibilitiy to make a bad quality thing for high skill colonists.
Source code is included and on Github[github.com]

Compatibility:
Incompatible with the "Perfectionist" trait from Vanilla Traits Expanded, with that a pawn won't make legendary items.
Other than that compatible with almost every mod, I've only found Static Quality Plus B18 to be incompatible, and when you use these two mods together, mine just will not work. Other than that there could be conflicts if some mod changes the function that gives a random quality item based on a given skill.

1.0 Version is also on Ludeon Forums[ludeon.com].

B19 Version:

@Phomor Disabling and re-enabling your mod fixed everything. Thanks a lot!

Not really. Is the normal behaviour restored when both mods are disabled?

So I've made the mistake of adding the mod "No random construction quality", not realizing that it also affects crafted items. By the time I noticed it I was already on year 3 and I really didn't feel like starting over. I disabled the other mod and installed this mod, but it doesn't make a difference even when I change the load order. I know this isn't an issue with your mod, but do you have any idea how to fix this?

@AkarWulv not with this mod, no.
@Stormraven I've updated the Github repo with the v1.6 assemblies.

Any chance you can post the full solution? The GitHub looks like its a year old, and when I download the mod from the steamworkshop it only has the controller, harmonypatches, and settings. Having the sln file would make it a bit easier to ahve the full listing, or update the Github repo. The github repo does not have the v1.6 assemblies within it. Thanks

Is there any way to make it so my colonists ONLY put out Normal quality items?

可不可以和‘EndlessGrowth’进行联动,让我能够设置更加广阔的等级范围
Can it be linked with 'EndlessGrowth' to allow me to set a broader range of levels?

well as i cant find any else mod that lets me set custom qualities for each skill level, this will have to do, at least i can get those lego at 5% rate.

But really would love to set everything for my lvl20 crafter, like 30% good 50% excelent 15% masterwork and 5% legendary or something like that. I tried mods that gives +1 to item quality but that way to OP and everyone is running in masterwork gear by year 2.

"set above 20 to deactivate" means it returns to vanilla behaviour and the mod does not interfere anymore. So if you set masterworks to 22 it means you get the vanilla chance of making masterworks, the mod doesn't change it.
if "set the guaranteed quality instead of rerolling it" is set then when a colonist would make an item that's below the minimum quality set in the mod it immediately gets set to that minimum quality.
If that setting is turned off then instead of immediately setting it to the minimum quality it gets rerolled until at least the minimum quality is gotten by the reroll.
So with rerolling there's a chance that the item gets a higher quality than the minimum one, without rerolling it's always the minimum one when the mod interferes.
