Please unsubscribe and then resubscribe to get full effects of changes. Please update in regards to whether or not it still crashes at start. If so, try the following...

1. Check your mods, if you have exceeded 900mb your game will crash at loading.
2. If your game crashes during the game, try unsubscribing and subscribing again to all of the mods. With updates to my mods, sometimes Steam leaves residual bits, but by unsubscribing and resubscribing it seems to have eliminated these errors.
3. Check your error logs to see why the game crashed. C:\Users\***COMPUTER NAME***\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\logs
4. Try deactivating the mod(s), load game, quit, reactivate the mod(s)
5. Try this solution found by Acbh: Game crashes (DLC or not) and checksum errors

*Completely Road to 56 compatible (models will appear beyond the 1942 date). Other mods will be retrofitted to be compatible.

This mod is an attempt to take nations region by region, and to apply authentic (ish) looking models for them.

When making this mod, liberty had to be taken when dealing with some nation's equipment and uniforms. Nations like the Philippines and Netherlands East Indies all fell about mid game (1942), leaving speculation as to later equipment and uniforms. To solve this, I applied local solutions (i.e., Czech Weaponry) as well as slight modification of older equipment.

Korea is complicated. For vanilla, everyone will see the Korean Liberation Army uniform as the uniform throughout. However, I added PRK and ROK level 2 and 3 models for modders who have created North and South Korea.

The French colonies uniform is based upon the Viet Minh uniform of the early 1950s, as it is the closes of any uniform.

I really tried to get as accurate as possible for skin colours, but am limited by the facial structure of the models. I am not really satisfied with what is there, but is the best I can do. This took a fair bit of time, as well as creating many uniforms from scratch (the British style uniform for Malaya and US style uniform for the Philippines).

Mechanized are primary Lorraine 37L and Lorraine 39L, I figure that these are 'generic' enough to represent mechanization better than applying all too familiar US, German, or Soviet equipment.

Complete Versions
Part 1: Scandinavia and the Baltic States
Part 2: Western and Central European Minors
Part 3: The Balkan States
Part 4: Asia and the Pacific Minors
Part 5: Middle East and Africa
Part 6: South and Central America
Part 7: Generic and Cultural Generic
Part 8: Poland
Part 9: France (pending)
Part 10: Italy (pending)
Part 11: United States (pending)
Part 12: Death and Dishonour DLC states (pending)
Part 13: Together for Victory DLC states (pending)
Part 14: Waking Tiger DLC states (pending)
Part 15: Japan (pending)
Part 16: Soviet Union (pending)
Part 17: Germany (pending)

Use the LITE versions if you are not playing a nation in the pack. For example, if you are playing Switzerland, use the FULL version of Western and Central European Minors, but use The Balkan States LITE and Scandinavia and the Baltic States: LITE. This will help alleviate problems with the 900 mb mod limit.
Part 1: Scandinavia and the Baltic States: LITE
Part 2: Western and Central European Minors LITE
Part 3: The Balkan States LITE

Models based from those found in Die Wehrmacht

I'dont know if this was already asked but:
Will there also be LITE-versions of this and the other parts?

@Ceci n'est pas I am going to grab some influence from their 1920s uniforms, to make them as indigenous as possible (i.e., what if Poland released them, then they should not have German graphics). Not a stupid suggestion at all! I have found some Ukraine Insurgent Army images https://weaponsandwarfare.com/2015/09/17/the-ukraine-insurgent-army/ plus some more 'Ukranian' coloured uniforms of the ww2 era (kind of an emerald green), plus 1920s uniforms https://ospreypublishing.com/ukrainian-armies-1914-375 .

@Liberty Hound @jmoney740, yes, that's the plan. I want to allow people who like the DLC images to keep them, but still use other nations in the area that are still generics, that's the rationale for why some Asian/European nations have not been done yet.

@jmoney740 sorry, butchered the @.

&jmoney740 I think he’s gonna do those nations for Japan on Manchurian nations. He did say Mongolia’s going to be the USSR’s one due to uniform similarities and I’m assuming same pack. Japanese Manchuria might also be Waking the tiger but I got no clue .
