Description
Updated for "The Total WAAAGH! Update" patch / "The Warden & The Paunch" DLC!



This mod brings back Total War Attila's region abandoning feature.

Requirements:
The Abandon Region feature is added utilizing Vanishoxyact's UI Modding Framework.
Therefore, subscribing to the UI Modding Framework is required for this mod to work properly!

Limitations:
  • Since it is a ui feature, the AI can't make use of it (yet).
  • Abandoning a settlement is by default done on the same turn (instantaneous) unlike in Attila where it happens on the following turn. If you prefer the one-turn delay (like in attila), it is possible to change the setting to "One Turn" - delay using The Mod Configuration Tool.
  • You only receive 60% of the construction cost of the main settlement building (same rule as deconstructing a building). If don't have to leave a settlement immediatly make sure to deconstruct its buildings before abandoning the region.
  • Every time you abandon a region your faction suffers a public order penalty for 5 turns. Devastation is a rather unpopular...
  • Settlements already under siege can't be abandoned.
  • Mod Configuration Tool: Reborn/The Mod Configuration Tool options:
    Public Order penalty for abandoning regions (default) or No Penalty, Fixed Public Order penalty of -5 or Public Order penalty based on settlement tier (default), Local or Global (default) Public Order penalty

Had some trouble with this working since Grom the Paunch, didnt work on a VC Vortex Campaign and stopped showing up halfway through a Skarsnik ME campaign...

Unable to use it as Vampire Coast. Works properly with other factions. Is it desired?

Crashes game after a minute or two, usually when I switch to the swamp hag on Grom's campaign or between different menus like the settlement build or research menu.

so the option to abando na settlement comes up but if I click abandon, nothing happens, the pop up stills tsays up, i can only click X to close it, whats wrong?

yoooooooooo, this mod sounds so perfect for Emrik once you confederate Caledore. you could abandon your capital, leave it abandoned and force Caledore to be your new capital. this is so perfect if it works like this.
