Not running many crazy mods that could seriously conflict.
After using this mod, I used Script Extender's console to unlock all available recipes by typing commands. The above recipes popped up as new so I figured those are the ones missing.
This mod keeps a list of recipes for it to unlock (as opposed to, say, giving a command to search and unlock all recipes in the game), so it is possible for it to be incomplete and it could be that those missing recipes were added to the base game after the mod was posted in 2018.
This one works with 0 noticeable issues at fort joy
I have crafting overhaul for anyone who wants to know.

Can confirm Naruto mod has no recipes or skill books
