Description
Works with 1.0

Pawns will stop social fighting if they're badly hurt or in a lot of pain.

Masochists ignore pain when social fighting.

Bloodlusties will not stop social fighting until either their opponent gives in, dies, or is downed.

Pawns who are romantically involved have a chance to stop social fighting if one has a positive opinion of the other.

New in this version, missing limbs as a result of social fighting are checked for and will stop the fight. Fights will also no longer start if they would immediately stop due to injuries or pain (you will still get a message about them, though).

[Version 1.0.4]

I've releaed the bugfixed version of the mod here on Steam Workshop. It will also be available on my site (Marvin's Mods) in a moment.

Just a little joke. I get asked a lot whether one of my mods will work with an existing saaved game.

Also, today I'm putting up a test version of the mod which should improve injury checking and will stop fights before they start if one of the combatants would just give up right away.

You don't have to wait for your colonists to get into social fights either, you can start one at any time using the mental state tool (see under Tools - Pawns_ in the debug menu.

This will require you to choose the Social Fighting state and then two different pawns that you want to fight.

Obviously, you probably don't want to be playing on Commitment mode for this, and please save your game beforehand.

Here's the download link:

"But first you'll need to sacrifice one ibex ram during an eclipse, otherwise Tynan will zap your colony with lightning from his eyes. You have been warned."

Sounds like a mod in the making. Is there something you're not telling us?

I've had a berserk colonist (my best fighter) kill my entire colony and my caravan came back to find him surrounded by corpses. Immediately executed him and my colonist got the bullshit "justified execution debuff"

Thanks a lot for updating this!

Sure, thanks. Also, I checked that neither of the two fighters had bloodlust, masochists, or any such thing.
