PLAYER_TALK_TO_ME to join the team


This MOD makes everyone hirable. If you have more than 20,000 cats on hand, and are not hostile, upon speaking to someone you will have the option to

1. Yes. Hire them for 10,000 cats,
2. No. Do not hire them. You can then speak to them again to trade or use other base game dialogue. (You will get another chance to to hire them in an hour.)
3. Give a gift of 10,000 cats.

After finishing a conversation with someone, the MOD goes into a 1 in-game-hour cool down where it does not activate, allowing base game dialogue actions to happen. If you are unable to hire someone,wait for a bit and see if you get a dialogue bubble.

If you are HOSTILE with someone you wish to hire, knock them unconcious and place them in a cage. When they regain awareness you will be able to hire them as above, then remove them from the cage, save your game, and then load your game. This save/load will finalize the faction change so your new hire will not be fired on by your crossbowmen and turrets.

My new hire isn't using the food store and is starving! Save your game. Load your game. This will finalize the change of faction and get his/her AI to wake up and they should immediately go grab some food.

Gate guards and other people run up to me and beg to get hired! Yes, they see your wealth from a distance. Just say no, then speak to them again.

I want to hire X person but I never get speech bubble! They aren't hostile. Tell us who it is and where you found them in this format. NAME:LOCATION ie. Hungry Bandit:Spider Plains

You can simply turn off the mod when you do not require it. Activate mod when you desire recruit.

Modの順番を変えてもすべての選択肢でNPCが仲間になってしまいます。どうしたらいいでしょうか?

Weird bugginess with this mod recently. Whenever I answer the question of whether I want to hire an NPC, he'll join my team no matter what I say. I can no longer decide not to hire the NPC.

Even though it's been six months, since we weren't able to solve the issue, Tarsis, it turns out that Tsubame was a character modded in for one of the custom weapon mods. She's the person who carries the meitou version of the tachi custom weapon. I didn't know that because for a few of that modder's mods, he doesn't indicate who carries the meitou. You're supposed to find the NPC yourself.

So ends the mystery.

Adding a new button is a little beyond the average modding. Just turn it off after you hire who you want.

Or don't. I don't find it problematic.

Is it possible to just have a new button "hire" appear instead of the NPC initiating the conversation? 1h cooldown is nothing in anything but x1 speed when doing long runs from shop to shop etc resulting in the dialog being initiated pretty much on every interaction with a shopkeeper.
