Report a translation problem
Unfortunately, due to many computer upgrades/switches and new interests I am no longer supporting Fort Gnisis for now. Either way, I never really made it to play well with any mods other than follower mods regardless, though whatsherface from Solstheim is... Odd. While the mod does definitely use DB assets I never even opened any cells from Solstheim during the development process so it must be a bug- I assume- native to your file.
Bethesda games do stuff like that sometimes :/
As for how far across, I'm not entirely sure. I liked to imagine it somewhere a day or two past the border we see in Skyrim and on the way to the new Dunmeri capitol of Blacklight.
