A story about downtime
Release date: You can try Just Tactics now, just head to
Just Tactics is a 1v1 online multiplayer turn based tactics game. Just Tactics involves squad-based combat, deck building, and some awesome teleporter units.

"The teleporters are one of my absolutely favorite creations I've seen in a strategy game in years. What's more, having a dynamic network of teleporters - given that they're a mobile unit - is something of a design coup." —

You get 6,000 points to customize 3 squads and a deck of cards however you like. At the moment we have 26 units with different stats, roles, and abilities. We have a variety of infantry, heavy infantry, tanks, and units playing supporting roles (such as the teleporters). We have snipers, scouts, spotters, artillery, melee, tank busters, and so on. The units have quite a bit of variety, but, you can use your deck to create even more variety. Example: in one deployment you bring snipers, which can cloak, and a deck full of Attack buffs and +AP instants. You buff a sniper’s Attack value and snipe a high value target, or multiple targets if you have several +AP instant cards in your hand. Shooting doesn’t de-cloak your sniper. But, shooting does reveal the sniper’s position, so after shooting you play a +AP instant on the sniper and teleport it away. Your opponent has a tough time hunting down your cloaked snipers, because they are always popping in and out, never staying in the same place for very long, this makes your opponent angry. In another deployment you bring snipers and a deck full of airstrike cards. Now your sniper’s primary role isn’t to snipe, but to covertly find targets for airstrikes. With an airstrike deck your snipers might never need to fire a shot, thus never giving away their position. Now your opponent is really angry.

I am going through a list of Greenlight items that I have upvoted based on a decision made by Steam to reject a refund request on a defective purchase. At this point I am removing my upvotes until I get some answers to some questions:
- Will it be available for purchase through other sites?
- Will people purchasing through other sites get a Steam key?

Whether I purchase it at all will be dependent on whether it will be available for purchase through other digital distributors. Whether I will upvote this or not will be dependent on whether purchases from other sites will require Steam activation or if we will be provided with Steam keys from those purchases once it passes Greenlight. I don't have a problem with Steam activation if it's a must, but I won't purchase new games directly from them anymore.

j-man474, I can not agree with you. In my memory, this is the first time the teleportation system is used in turn-based strategy. Let us not forget that the "Universe at War: Earth Assault" is a real-time strategy.
