if you could put them as their own faction that would be amazing. this would make it possible to spawn them exclusively without spawning the base game looking dudes since the faction config would be different.

I can't find them in arsenal because I used a script to simulate Female voice

It'd be cool if someone made some WW2 era women units based on this. Such as auxiliaries for the major nations, munitions workers, red cross nurses, and civilians which could double as resistance operatives. I don't have the skill but I do think that kind of mod would make many a mission maker very happy.
