New power spell: Ultimatum

This adds a new spell (Power, to be exact) to skyrim, usable by all races. It is designed for those boss battles that you just need a little temporary fix to beat, like dragon priests or hgher level dragons. How well does it work? Well, a level 20 fought a giant with a bound sword and won. This is my first official mod and took 4 hours to make. The spell itself is based off of the spell of the same name in the game "Sonny 2" on armorgames.com.

WHERE TO BUY IT:
Farenger Secret-Fire (the mage in dragonsreach in whiterun) sells the spell tome for a petty sum.
Or, open the console, type in "help ultimatum" (without the quotes) and then type player.additem <whatever the number is that appears next to "spell tome: ultimatum"> 1

WHAT IT DOES: (Note: all effects last 1 minute unless otherwise stated)
+Instantly regenerates All or most Health, Stamina and Magic
+Cures all diseases and poisons
+Allows waterbreathing
+Increases light armor, heavy armor, blocking, and mage armor by a buttload
+grants an enormous pool of Magicka and Stamina.
-Health, Magic and Stamina slowly deplete and IT CAN KILL YOU

Update: Pretty much got this mod working as I want it now.
Notes of update:
+Will give you magicka resistance if you have the basic mage armor perk as well as casting a spell such as a ward or ironflesh (not sure if I got that second stipulation working correctly. Tell me If there are any problems.)
+Most importantly, the health drain, stamina drain, and magicka drain effects will now only work fully when you're in combat. Out of combat, the drain effects only work at 1/4 strenght. That means once you kill all the baddies, you need not worry about spamming restoration spells until the effects wore off. Of course, as soon as you're fighting something again, the drain effects come back.
+Will give you a resist poison effect.
+Changed the spell tome to an alteration book (Only appears in your inventory. In the world, It will still show up as a conjuration book.

To do:
Figure out how to add a damage restoration effect, to match its "resist healing" effect in sonny 2.
Figure out how to add a resist fall damage effect

I was worried about it the spell being to much for lower levels, but with the mitigation of the drain effects while out of combat, everyone can use it. This spell effects are mitigated at high levels (obviously), but low levels should be able to take on some high level stuff. This spell is more geared towards those in armor, although mages can still suffice from it providing they use their magicka to spam a healing effect.

If there are any other spells you would like to see from sonny 1 or 2, just ask. I wouldn't mind making an entire pack, actually. :)
