This had the be deleted and reuploaded to fix the dependency on HIP. Sorry to the 16 people who subbed the day I had uploaded it.

I'll be able to update/upload it Sunday. Not sure if it changed since Holy Fury, but my culture mod could be safely disabled mid-game without issue then, should be easy to see the before/after in reinforcement in your game. Some files did change from what I've seen, but I am not sure of the exact numbers and if it affected reinforcement yet.

Please do keep me in the loop whether it was something with me not noticing the right thing or I have to disable other mods... I cant seem to reproduce the exact result tho...

It will be a very fast update unless they messed with some deep balance stuff. 99% chance it is only to swap my static_modifier file for HIP's new one.

Can this be updated? I think the mod conflicts with HIP cause I experience stunted manpower replenishment while others on the forum dont... This is a really great mod TBH

The bonuses are fairly smalls and most are limited to the provinces themselves. It is just some small side flavors and abusing it to be "overpowered" is complicated not worth it in my opinion (It would be to convert your provinces cultures to a culture with mostly province-side bonuses, while your character's culture have character-side bonuses).

The AI pay no attention to the bonuses and honestly the players shouldn't really either, they are small (imo) and equalized between each others so none are really stronger than another.

Another question. How the AI plays with this ? Any overpowered results etc ?
