世界线变动率测量仪时钟，以前看到C菌在用，一直想要，最近在工坊里看到世界线变动率测量仪，就下下来用JS改了一下，本人学生党，可能做的不好，请多包涵。

18/8/25更新 继续把素材图片改了一下

22/2/6更新 新增12小时制（默认24小时制）。单击时钟进行切换

22/2/17更新 12、24小时制更改为桌面属性切换（默认24小时制）。修复24小时制0点显示24的问题

不曉得為什麼過了24:00 不是顯示00:00>00:01
而是24:01>24:02>24:03這樣

您好，请问能否在设置中添加12/24小时制切换开关呢？想要固定24小时制，但是偶尔误点击时钟就会切换，谢谢
