It's official! Release date set for January 16
Steaming ahead (sorry for the stupid pun but I couldn't resist)
Release date: Early Summer 2013
A hard game, where you must relax and follow the rhythm (except for speedfreak modes, where things go crazy)

Try to go as far as you can by piloting a ship on an infinite road, suspended over a stylized and eerie landscape shining with electrobeats; while taking sharp corners, evading hazards, and avoiding panic attacks.

Developed by Daniele Giardini with beats by Isak J Martinsson

Goscurry has already been released, via Humble Store and other markets.
You can buy it or learn more on Goscurry website[]

:: Some Reviews ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

Indie Statik[]
Arcade games are at their best when you die and jump back in immediately, knowing you can do better. Do yourself a favor and give Goscurry a chance; it fits this description perfectly.

IGN Italia
Goscurry is one of those games that push you into a state of videogame trance [...]. Trying to resist the urge to press ENTER and to dive into the gameplay again is truly hard...
Its pace, its tougness, its 3D visuals [...], its excellent controls and its taxing difficulty, make Goscurry a true modern arcade game that will frustrate and deeply reward you in equal measures...

:: Some Reviews - based on Alpha Version :::::::::::::::::::::::::::

Rock, Paper, Shotgun
[Goscurry] is happiness in a tiny rocketship. [...] The controls are intoxicatingly responsive, there’s tons of embedded, blink-and-you’ll-miss-it humor, and the visuals are simple yet gorgeous...

Indie Statik[]
Imbued with the right kind of pulse, a game can take you places: inside your mind, or even outside your body...
Speeding along the skyroad in your rocket car and watching the road assemble itself in front of you is exhilarating--until you miss a hairpin turn and plummet to the lovely cityscape below...

PC Gamer - free webgame roundup
Even in alpha form, Goscurry is polished, gorgeous and rather hard to stop playing...

Happy New Year!

I released a sneak preview of achievements, emoticons and cards on twitter (here is one card ), and I should truly be able to finish implementing Steamworks this month. I can't assure it, but I would say it's, mhmm, 95% sure :)

So how is the game? Any update yet?
DC PAK Oct 28, 2014 @ 12:45am
Appreciate your answer, this is fully understandable.
I wish the good health to people near you.

@DC PAK nope, sorry :( I'm now aiming at the end of November or possibly even Christmas. I should write a long explanation of the delay, but I don't really want to get into personal issues. In short, my time is heavily taken by health issues (not mine, but very very near me) since many months (actually since years, but things got much worse since a while), and that's the reason I'm postponing. Things are getting back to normal (or at least more stable) and I should be able to start pushing hard from next week. On a brighter note the new leaderboard is done and I implemented it already in the existing Goscurry downloads, so I just have to finish implementing Steamworks.

@ThunderGemios10 Eh, sorry. Please read the note above and apologies to you too (as a little excuse, Goscurry was indeed released at the end of 2013, but the Greenlight was passed more recently - even if I'm still very very late for the Steam release).
