!Vibrant Galaxy

For 2.3 Wolfe
Achievement Compatible

Includes new colorful galaxy textures and changes the color of hyperlanes to match. I designed this galaxy texture to be easy on the eyes, especially when playing in the dark. Coreward space is warm and inviting while rimward space is dark and full of terrors.

Incompatible with other galaxy recolors and mods that alter the appearance of hyperlanes. Go here for a version without custom hyperlanes!

Since this is a graphics mod, you should be able to add it to a saved game without issue.

got hooked with the game and forgot to reply, haha. Problem was the game's Graphics quality. I had to set it up to High (was Mid), else this happened:

Regardless, I think the issue doesn't happen with your mod disabled. Might be wrong, though, and I can't really check in since it gakes 5 minutes to load the game.

@notNSANE: Np! If you aren't able to get it working, let me know which graphic mods you're using (mostly likely real space) and I'll check it out myself.

thanks a lot for the ultra mega fast response, I'll do that then. Hope it works since I really love this one.

@notSane: This is most likely a load order issue with a mod that adds nebula textures. Just try moving this mod around in your load order. I didn't change nebula textures at all.

not sure how but this mod breaks Nebulas and it's very inconvenient.

It works for me on 2.7.2

Is it works now?

@dmvogler: I think that happens when your graphics settings are not set to 'High.' Please change them and see if that works for you.

@Spiral King: This mod already works for 2.6 as it is. I'm reluctant to update it while it still works perfectly in its current form. If you're having any issues in this version, please let me know!

Any chance you could take a look at this beautiful mod for 2.6, please?

Not sure if it is this mod or something else, but I have a square in the middle of the galaxy that renders very strangely on 2.6. Empire icons get weird changing colors and nebulas get different brightness. This mod seems like the most likely culprit, but guess megastructures may be to blame since it adds stuff to the core?

The edges can be seen in that screen shot as follows:
Bottom right: obvious
Bottom left: in the Tyznn Empire logo
Top: Half red, half white logo to the right of center
