Tiered Tax

Description
This mod adds some new tiers to the tax system. Rather than only having tax enabled, or disabled this mod allows you to select the level of tax you wish to apply to your provinces.

With this mod there are now 4 different levels of tax, all with different benefits and downsides:
* High tax : -8 public order, 125% base tax rate (+25% over vanilla), -20 growth
* Normal tax : -4 public order, 100% base tax rate (vanilla tax rate)
* Low tax: -2 public order, 50% tax rate (half vanilla tax rate)
* No tax : 0 public order, 0% tax rate

FAQ
Q. How do I apply a tax tier?
A. To apply a tax tier, select the province and then select one of the three different options below the "Tax province" panel, in the settlement info panel.

Q. I can't see the new buttons!
A. Please make sure you have the dependant mod, UI Modding Framework.

Q. Is this mod save-game compatible?
A. Yes this mod is 100% save-game compatible.

Q. Is this mod compatible with ...?
A. This mod should be compatible with any other. There are no known in-compatible mods.

Q. Will this mod work in multiplayer?
A. No, it is not currently possible to make this mod function in multiplayer.

A. Both mortal empires and vortex.

Known Issues:

* None known.

Mod UI appears and seems to be working, but it doesn't affect income or treasury total in any way, only public order -\+ seems to be working.

I can confirm this mod seems to be skewing the settlement info panel over time.

The icons in the corruption tab and province effects tab are not in their proper positions,for example if all types of corruptions are displayed,the 4th one is not displayed while for the 3rd the % of how much the level will change next turn is cut off,resulting in only showning + or - . Im using 1280x720 resolution with resolution scale on 100%.

Click on the chest icon next to your income to open the treasury interface. That will update your predicted income after changing tax tier.

@Grottism
the fix i found for the predicted income not changing is to disable taxes in the province first (the little ticked box) and the change the tier of taxes, it will then show the right amount of predicted income depending on your tier

For me at least this mod works but makes bottom left UI icons misaligned half the time and is highly unstable, at random every turn or 100% selecting certain settlement.
Eltharion on Vortex, mod added mid game. Game is stable without it.

First of all thanks for the great work, and I'm sorry if it's been reported\asked a dozen times before, but if I have a small problem. The predicted income doesn't change when I set a different tax rate. I started using this mid campaign, I've ended a few turns and reloaded the save to see if it solved it. However, when I reloaded the save the predicted income changed, went down so I assume the extra amount from the higher rates I set wasn't being accounted.

Sorry for the wall of text, I have loads of mods but no specific UI mod but something might be conflicting, was hoping this is something you came across before.

I've found a bug after latest update and I'm sure that it's caused by this mod - there's one white pixel displayed at the very left bottom corner of the screen. Maybe some minor problem with the added interface? Please look at this and fix the problem, your mod is awesome.
