Swapped out the vanilla trees for some different decor.

Slightly increased cost (for all those flower bulbs).


Updated to add storm drains & reduce the file size.

I've gone back & tested the road & checked for any dependancies. I can't find any issue on my machine. Try unsubscribing then resubscribing, see if that helps.
Remember you need to subscribe to the required props & have them enabled.

I would recommend this mod to help discover any problems.
