How to "fix" exploding landing legs in 1.4.2

This guide will show how to bypass the exploding landing leg bug introduced in 1.4.2.

Find relevant files.
Navigate to "\Kerbal Space Program\GameData\Squad\Parts\Utility\"
Open each landing leg folder, "/landingLegLT-1/", "/landingLegLT-2/", "/landingLegLT-5/"
Modify relevant files
Open the following files in notepad or notepad++:
"landingLegLT-1.CFG"
"landingLegLT-2.CFG"
"landingLegLT-5.CFG"

Find the following lines in each file:
"crashTolerance"
"impactTolerance"

Change the following in each file:
crashTolerance = 9999

Change the following in "landingLegLT-1.CFG"
impactTolerance = 150
Acknowledge that landing legs are now unrealistic
Your landing legs will no longer explode at launch, but they will also no longer explode when it would be reasonable for them to explode.
