Description
Increases - Planet Cap, Starbases Cap, Leaders Cap, Leaders Pool Cap. Adjusts Leaders Age MIN/MAX. Reduces Leader Pool Time Cap, Tech & Tradition Cost Increases Per System/Colony Colonized.

This mod is an accompaniment for the War of the Pax Popularis Collection or it can be used as a stand alone.

Compatible with Stellaris Update 2.0.*

MOD NO LONGER SUPPORTED

Mod Changes:
  • Planet Cap raised to 8 - Because sector managment is a badly implemented idea (imo).

  • Star Bases Cap raised to 10 - A defensive boost, should be harder to roflstomp the AI.

  • Leader Pool Cap raised 5 - More meat for the grinder.

  • Leader Cap raised 18 - I felt there wasn't enough leaders available, it lacked some immersion. *Edit this was reduced from 20, giving some value back to Traditions, Civics, Techs & Traits that add to the Leader Cap.

  • Leader Pool Time decreased to 1 year - So you can take advantage of all those new recruits fresh from the Academy.

  • Leader Age Min changed to 18 - This represents recruitment age - Changed o represent all those geniuses graduating from the Academy early.

  • Leader Age Max changed to 40 - This represents recruitment age - I just wanted a few more years out of my leaders, this is just a 10 year change.

  • Tech & Tradition cost increases per System and Colony colonized are reduced by 50%

You can easily adjust any of these settings yourself, just go to:- \SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\1352761947
Open the zip file - go to common\defines - and edit this file to your hearts content, paxpopularischanges_defines.txt.
Note, when I update this mod, your changes will be overwritten.

*Note - Regarding the picture, it is not this mod that is allowing leaders to have 2 skills at the start, that would be the brilliant mod Xenology: Traits Expansion Reborn. And there is a 17 year old the mod picture... I have no bloody idea why sorry :P

I haven't play tested the Tech and Tradition costs reduction per colony much yet, sing out if its to much, to little etc... This change is intended for Massive Maps and Humungus Empires.

I have indentified game play issue with the mod. It devalues several Traditions and Ascention perks, eg +1 leader capacity is worth less due to double the amount of leaders slots. An example of a correction will be - Reduction of the leader cap down to 18 and approx double the bonuses in the traditions.

Hi @Sonar, thank you for the compliment mate, feed back is greatly appreciated. I am new to modding stellaris so I don't know off the top of my head, sorry to say. It is something I had heard was an issue (Warscore that is) and I am willing to add it to my to do list, but alas I can't help any time soon mate. If you do find someone before I can get back to you, I would love to know too.

I have a some question for you.
Can you change some game war variables?
In 2.0.2 land battles was crushed.
Now I occupy enemy planet, but war score not changed.
This is bul shit )
Can you create mod to fix it?
Or tell me how I can did it for myself?
